I recently saw a show on the History Channel presenting conspiracy theories about 9/11. After hearing
their ideas, I am thoroughly convinced that these conspiracy theorists are incompetent idiots. Their claims make no sense are an insult to the people
who died that day and ultimately make these theorists no better than the terrorists who attacked us that day. I commend the History Channel
in how they produced the show by demonstrating how weak the claims are. The History Channel stressed the importance of dismissing the claims because
they are corrosive to the historical truth of that horrible day.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in materials science and engineering from
Wright State University. I am currently a graduate student at Wright State working toward a Master of Science
degree in materials science and engineering with a focus in (alternative) energy. My thesis project deals with
developing a cheaper and lighter bipolar plate for fuel cells.
I am currently an officer in the Wright Engineering Council, and Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society.
I am also involved in AIAA.
After my Masters I may continue on for a Doctorate working with ion engines. In general,
some of my research interests include fuel cells, carbon nanofibers, aerodynamic flow control, ion engines, and
other forms of advanced space propulsion. Take a look at my research page
to read about some of what I have already done.

I am a Christian and regularly attend the Greenville
Church of the Brethren. I also often attend other churches as a substitute
organist.
I am strongly opposed to alcohol and tobacco as well
as any type of illegal drug.

On TV, I like to watch Star Trek, Stargate, Battlestar
Galactica, Farscape, and Babylon 5 as well as Trigun, Big O, Cowboy Bebop, Fullmetal Alchemist,
Ghost in the Shell, Eureka Seven, Avatar, and Bleach. My favorite movies are The Last Starfighter, the Star Trek movies,
the Star Wars movies, the X-Men movies, and Dune (all).
My favorite kind of music is classical music, but I
will listen to anything. I don't listen to rap, but that is better classified as poetry instead of music.
In the way of instruments, I play the piano, organ, and "my voice."
The King of Instruments, the organ, is my favorite instrument and my favorite
type of music. You can hear me play J.S. Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor
by clicking below. This performance was for the 2005 Men's Chorale Variety Show on the
pipe organ in the Concert Hall at Wright State University.
You can hear more of my songs on my organ page.
I am a Bengals and Ohio State football fan.

My dream as an engineer is to design a
faster-than-light starship. Short of that, I intend to do research that will help find cleaner and
more efficient ways of energy production and research on current space propulsion technology.
I do some of my own science fiction writing. My goal someday is to write a series of
books or release a series of movies or TV shows. I am sure that I would need assistance from a professional
writer or producer to fully realize this goal. If you are or know such a person, feel free to send me an email to
further inquire about my stories.
My hometown is Greenville, OH. I graduated in 2002
from Greenville High School as the Valedictorian in a class of about 300.
In high school, I was involved president of the science club.
I was also in the Greenville HS Concert Choir and Men's Choir.
In 2000 I had the awesome privilege of singing with my choir and a few others on
the stage of Carnegie Hall in NYC for the world premier of Dr. John Leavitt's
Requiem. Then in 2002, our Men's Choir was the only high school choir
to perform at the IMC national seminar at Purdue. That year we also performed
at the OMEA convention.
